Natural Texyarn is one of the fastest emerging yarn manufacturers in the country. We're a Private Limited entity that was incorporated in January 2015 on the back of a commitment to redefine the industry with superior quality, contamination-free cotton yarns. Since inception, Natual Texyarn has clawed and crossed many benchmarks, growing its infrastructure, manpower and production capability by a seamless margin.
Exporting worldwide, the mill has 26000 spindles installed at the factory premises. Manufacturing combed and carded compact, as well as the non-compact yarns ranging from 20sNe to 40sNe, we leverage tech-advanced machineries to meet bulk quantity needs in record time without compromising on the quality-end. It includes machines and equipment of top brands like blowroom and cards from Truetzschler, preparatory and ring frames from Rieter, speed frame from Electrojet, autoconer from Schlafhorst and Yarn conditioner from Xorella.
Natural Texyarn commits to offer organic products of the highest quality. And to make this happen, we only use Shankar 6 contamination free organic cotton. Also, homing state-of-art cotton and yarn testing laboratory, we virtually guarantee the end products are without anydefects, and this is a guarantee that our strong team of 200 staff workers holds close to their hearts. Our management makes up of experienced and diverse individuals who tout a rich background in cotton. Today, our factory capacity is of 13 metric tonnes perday. Collectively, we aspire to increase our production capacity by a great margin very soon.
